Job Overview

The Account Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients. This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to clients, using data and research to support our value proposition.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and creative services, to develop and execute integrated sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a media or advertising industry.
  • Skills: Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
