Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Associate to join our dynamic team at Zero Impact Solutions. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with current clients while identifying and engaging potential clients.
  • Assess client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Evaluate client feedback to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Monitor client activity and provide insights to management.
  • Deliver regular updates on client accounts proactively.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with clients.
  • Act as a client advocate to ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or a comparable field.
  • Exhibits strong business insight, prioritization skills, and sound judgment.
  • Committed to excellence and consistently performs at a high standard.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Able to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Handles sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable presenting information and reporting findings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Demonstrates a history of fulfilling commitments.
  • Familiarity with the construction sector is advantageous.
