Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee seasonal sales product information within the B2B platform. Facilitate the order entry processes, providing assistance to the Sales team with order placements and ensuring that all seasonal sales materials are readily available for representatives.
- Create and distribute product information documents, collaborating with the Product team to verify the accuracy of the US Wholesale line and related product details.
- Coordinate with the Master Data Management team to guarantee that product data is correctly configured and prepared for order processing in the relevant systems. Execute product-level customer setups in GXS catalog and retailer assortment portals to enable EDI customers to manage orders and display product information on their websites.
- Revise the Product Status List to monitor seasonal product modifications and communicate these updates effectively.
- Oversee order entry and ATP precision within the B2B system, aligned with purchasing strategies. Circulate weekly ATP reports.
- Manage inventory data within the ERP System for direct-to-consumer clients.
- Educate the Sales team on system and process enhancements, providing ongoing support during the implementation of new procedures. Revise training materials, including all policies, guides, and organizational resources.
- Address inquiries from the Sales team regarding products, IT, systems, and processes, while generating reports as necessary to assist the Sales team.
- Supervise the ordering, organization, and management of seasonal sample sets.
- Coordinate sample requirements for the Sales channel with third-party warehouses and the global samples team to ensure timely fulfillment and processing of sample orders.
- Assist the Sales team during sell-in meetings, ensuring they have access to samples, catalogs, and necessary supplies.
- Configure promotions, discounts, and terms within the system for retail partners.
- Update Representative Assignments in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and making adjustments as needed.
- Administer the MAP tracking tool and uphold MAP policy compliance.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for Sales and Sales Operations tasks.
- In collaboration with the Sales Operations Manager, ensure effective communication of information to the Sales team.
- Travel for trade shows for setup, operations, and teardown; attend work events; and visit territories or key accounts for support and insights.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (sales operations, customer service, etc.) or experience in a support role within a wholesale setting.
Familiarity with Netsuite and/or Zendesk is advantageous.
