Job Overview

This is an entry-level role in our Costa Mesa, CA office, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a background in sales or customer service, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Needs Analysis: Identify client needs and provide solutions.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Client Trend Tracking: Track client trends and report to management.
  • Status Updates: Proactively provide regular status updates on client accounts.
  • Client Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries, and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of the client to ensure satisfactory coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.
  • Professional Attitude: Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrates a keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proficient engaging effectively with individuals at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Comfortable reporting and presenting information.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Commitment: A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
