Role Responsibilities:

This position is pivotal in guiding a team of leaders and staff who formulate strategies and analyze data to assess portfolio risks, enhance profitability, and optimize operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strategic priorities for the team.
  • Identifying market trends and leading initiatives to balance risk and return for the business unit.
  • Utilizing data analytics to address complex challenges.
  • Mentoring team members and collaborating with technology, product, and risk leadership to enhance performance.

The Consumer & Small Business (CSB) AML Strategy Manager will spearhead the AML strategic direction, supporting the development and execution of initiatives aligned with AML objectives. Responsibilities encompass:

  • Defining, developing, executing, and refining strategic initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Contributing to organizational optimization through continuous improvement and process reengineering.
  • Designing and implementing programs to detect unusual customer activities.
