Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for multiple smaller clients or a singular large account.
  • Quickly assimilate client requirements and pinpoint critical issues; propose and design project methodologies that align with the client's primary objectives and business inquiries.
  • Articulate project frameworks, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, and modify project designs based on client input.
  • Demonstrate clear communication in both structured and informal settings.
  • Lead a team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, fostering a high level of client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Potential for advancement into leadership roles within the practice and/or business development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years in management consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of client management and successful project delivery resulting in follow-on engagements with pharmaceutical, rare disease, or biopharma clients.
  • Diverse experience across various project types (opportunity assessments, commercial strategies, brand/launch planning, patient journey mapping) is essential. Medical affairs experience is highly regarded.
  • Willingness to work from our Boston, MA or New York, NY offices.
Base Salary range is $150,000-$275,000.
