About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join L.E.K. Consulting as a Director of Corporate Communications and Alumni Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of internal communications strategies and programs to engage and inform employees across the organization.
- Manage the L.E.K. Network, a platform that connects alumni and staff, and develop strategies to maintain lifelong engagement among our employees.
- Partner with the People team to implement and communicate our employer brand and employee value proposition, establishing L.E.K. Consulting as an employer of choice.
- Develop and execute external communications strategies to promote our thought leadership and corporate positioning.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to craft firm-wide messaging and drive cultural initiatives that promote engagement and retention.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with clear progression in roles and responsibility, including previous experience managing a team.
- 3+ years of previous experience in a consulting firm or other professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically about our business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- A bachelor's degree in journalism, English, Public Relations, Marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
