Role Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic Senior Vice President of Private Equity Solutions who will be instrumental in managing client relationships, driving growth, and overseeing high-value accounts within the Private Equity and Portfolio Companies sector. This role is critical to our North American expansion strategy and will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a reliable consultant for Private Equity and Portfolio companies, guiding them through their value creation processes.
  • Global Strategy Implementation: Lead the execution of our innovative business model, ensuring clients receive bespoke solutions tailored to their globalization strategies and Global Capability Centre (GCC) development.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and grow a diverse portfolio of clients, consistently surpassing expectations and nurturing long-term partnerships while promoting purpose-built and digital service engagements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Management, Delivery, and Technology Teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and effective fulfillment of client needs.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in a value creation role within Private Equity, such as Operating Partners.
  • Experience in account management and business development within the Advisory or IT services sector, particularly in the Private Equity and Portfolio Companies landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in the North American market.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in managing a client portfolio with a variety of service offerings in a fast-paced environment, showcasing a history of enhancing client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Global experience, including collaboration with teams across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with globalization strategies, offshoring, nearshoring, and/or Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
  • Background in business development focused on technology-enabled solutions.
