Role Overview: The Senior Equity Financial Analyst plays a crucial role within the Capital Markets Team of UKG's Corporate Treasury. This position focuses on the forecasting and reporting of global cash, investment income, debt, and equity program transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaboration with Equity Compensation Team: Serve as the financial liaison to gather essential information and insights for effective job performance.
  2. Cash Flow Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and refine the equity cash flow forecast model for various projections, including annual budgeting and investor reporting.
  3. Financial Control for Equity Program: Implement and maintain financial controls related to the Equity program, ensuring accuracy in payment reconciliations and transaction validations.
  4. Forecast Analysis: Prepare detailed analyses comparing actual equity program cash flows to forecasts.
  5. Financial Scenario Modeling: Conduct modeling of equity transactions, including stress testing and ad-hoc reporting for senior management.
  6. Intercompany Equity Recharge Agreements: Ensure compliance with equity recharge agreements across international subsidiaries.
  7. Credit Facility Coordination: Work with Capital Market team members to manage equity payment capabilities.
  8. Tax Filings: Oversee the preparation of tax filings related to the Equity program.
  9. Equity System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of a new equity system as required.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 7 years in forecast modeling, variance analysis, and financial controls related to corporate equity programs.
  • Equity Plan Administration: Familiarity with equity plan administration and software is preferred, along with a strong understanding of incentive award transactions.
  • Financial Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques are essential.
  • Preferred Qualifications: An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to prepare and present financial reports and analyses effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Data Analytics Skills: Proficiency in tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
