Our solutions enable businesses to make informed decisions and optimize their operations. We foster a collaborative and inclusive culture where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.

About the Role
Esri is looking for a skilled Lead Financial Analyst to enhance our rapidly expanding Managed Services and Benefits divisions, as well as support our Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) initiatives.

The Lead Financial Analyst will excel in developing analyses and models that facilitate informed decision-making and enhance business efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Budget and Forecast cycle for Managed Services, Benefits, and Compliance units.
  • Define and assess business performance, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders and senior management to establish new metrics that drive success.
  • Conduct Gross Margin analysis for Managed Services and advise on margin improvement strategies.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly operational reports, offering insights as the 'Voice of Finance.'
  • Address ad-hoc executive inquiries, conducting research and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Compile month-end financial reporting packages for business line managers, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Support headcount expense management and suggest process enhancements.
  • Actively participate as a key member of the Managed Services and Benefits Leadership Teams.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business units to enhance capacity planning and workforce strategies.
  • Complete special projects as assigned and collaborate with other business units within the Services umbrella.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience with a proven track record in supporting business units.
  • Experience in process design and improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical mindset with a focus on leveraging automation tools for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to distill large, complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience with TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics) is a plus.
