Role Overview:
The Senior Equity Financial Analyst plays a vital role within the Capital Markets Team of UKG's Corporate Treasury department. This position is primarily responsible for the forecasting and reporting of global cash flows, investment income, debt, and equity transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaboration with Equity Compensation Team:
Act as the financial liaison to gather essential information and insights necessary for fulfilling job responsibilities effectively.

2. Support for Other Teams:
Provide assistance to various Finance teams, including Accounting, Treasury Operations, and Internal Audit, as needed, particularly regarding equity-related matters.

3. Cash Flow Forecasting and Reporting:
Enhance and maintain the equity cash flow forecast model for both short-term and long-term projections, annual budgeting, debt transactions, and investor reporting.

4. Financial Control for Equity Program:
Implement and maintain financial controls related to the Equity program, including reconciling payments, reviewing transaction files, and validating equity system activities.

5. Forecast Analysis:
Prepare reports comparing actual equity program cash flows to forecasts.

6. Financial Scenario Modeling:
Conduct financial scenario modeling for equity transactions, including stress testing and ad-hoc reporting for senior management.

7. Intercompany Equity Recharge Agreements:
Oversee compliance with intercompany equity recharge agreements with international subsidiaries.

8. Credit Facility Coordination:
Work collaboratively with Capital Market team members to manage equity payment capacity.

9. Tax Filings:
Coordinate the preparation of tax filings related to the Equity program.

10. Equity System Implementation:
Assist in the implementation of a new equity system as required.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and financial controls related to corporate equity programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for preparing and presenting financial reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with equity plan administration and related software is preferred.
