Position Overview
As a vital member of the Revenue & Operations Group within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), this role is crucial for the advancement and execution of Financial Management, Metric Tracking, and Analysis of Recurring Revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Spearhead the development and preparation of comprehensive analytical reporting to consolidate all UKG Recurring Revenue.
2. Collaborate closely with the entire Revenue & Operations team to ensure alignment with forecasts, budgets, business performance reporting, and variance analysis.
3. Create financial closing and reporting tools and timelines for the revenue and operations team to guarantee adherence to deadlines.
4. Address inquiries that may involve conducting research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing necessary adjustments.
5. Assist with special projects and strategic analyses that impact business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; an MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, including at least 3 years focused on revenue analysis.
- Proficient in synthesizing data and facts into a clear and actionable financial narrative.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to embrace technology and change.
- Strong self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience in software, SaaS, or a similar technology industry is advantageous.
