Position Overview
This role is integral to the Revenue & Operations Group within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The successful candidate will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies for Financial Management, Metric Tracking, and Analysis of Recurring Revenue.

Key Responsibilities
1. Spearhead the creation and delivery of comprehensive analytical reports to consolidate all UKG Recurring Revenue.
2. Collaborate closely with the Revenue & Operations team to ensure consistency with forecasts, budgets, performance reporting, and variance analysis.
3. Design financial closing and reporting tools and schedules for the revenue and operations team to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
4. Address inquiries that may involve conducting research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing necessary adjustments.
5. Assist with special projects and strategic analyses that impact business decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; an MBA is advantageous.
- Over 8 years of experience in financial analysis, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Revenue analysis.
- Proven ability to distill data and facts into a clear and actionable financial narrative.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to embrace technology and change.
- Strong self-starter with creative problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected challenges and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience in Software, SaaS, or related technology sectors is a plus.
