Position Overview

Threshold Rehabilitation Services Inc. is a dedicated human services organization focused on empowering individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our President/Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Organizing and managing meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Facilitating board meetings and ensuring effective communication.
  • Maintaining filing systems and managing schedules.
  • Coordinating special events and public relations initiatives.
  • Providing front desk coverage and managing visitor interactions.
  • Upholding confidentiality regarding sensitive organizational information.
  • Completing additional tasks as directed by the President/Chief Executive Officer.
Work Schedule

This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering a balanced work-life environment with paid holidays from the start of employment.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
  • Exceptional administrative, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and PA Criminal History Clearance.
