  • Execute updates to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for changes in employee status, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain electronic records and ensure that all supporting documentation is organized within appropriate employee or HR folders.
  • Report necessary changes promptly for bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Facilitate monthly benefits enrollment and ensure timely updates for payroll processing.
  • Verify the accuracy of monthly benefit invoices and process them for payment as scheduled.
  • Manage internal termination processes in accordance with established protocols.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor daily attendance and update the system to report absences to supervisors.
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding general inquiries and escalate HR-related issues to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
  • Uphold a positive representation of the company through professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with confidentiality and security policies and procedures.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
  • Familiarity with human resources best practices, procedures, and principles.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive HR information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Competence in or ability to quickly learn HRIS.
Education and Experience
  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in a related field; SHRM Certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a human resources-related role is required.
Salary Range

$22.00-$24.00
