Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Patient Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, manage schedules, and ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the dental team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in dental software (Dentrix preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
