Logistics Administrative Coordinator

The Logistics Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Transportation Manager by managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of weekly payroll for transportation operations and ensure timely submission to the Transportation Manager.
- Analyze and organize driver documentation, preparing invoices for billing purposes.
- Verify the accuracy of driver logs, fuel receipts, and customer transportation reports.
- Coordinate scheduling for pickups and deliveries, assigning routes, and dispatching drivers efficiently.
- Provide additional support to the Transportation Department as directed, including answering phone calls, making necessary communications, typing, filing, and generating reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in spreadsheets and tables, is essential. Candidates should possess a proactive, positive, and disciplined approach, as the role requires independent work following training. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail are crucial. Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English are preferred. Training will be provided as necessary.
Office EquipmentFamiliarity with general office equipment such as calculators, copiers, scanners, fax machines, PCs, printers, filing cabinets, and cell phones is expected.
Employment TypeThis is a full-time position with a salary range of $9.00 to $10.00 per hour.
