Position Overview: The Client Care Coordinator is tasked with collaborating effectively with both administrative and clinical team members to address client communications and requirements, whether via phone or in-person interactions. This role encompasses oversight of all client record processes, from data entry to information release and archiving.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Program Focus: Crisis Intervention Program

Compensation: Starting at $17/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the intake line during operational hours
  • Process new referrals and confirm insurance eligibility
  • Transmit referral information to the appropriate personnel or service within the organization
  • Perform data entry for all referral information into the electronic records system
Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum one year in a medical or mental health office environment or a professional business office setting, including customer service and data entry experience

Licensure/Certifications: None required

Background Checks: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and verification against Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists

Note: Additional relevant experience and/or education may be considered in lieu of specified requirements at the discretion of the Personnel Officer.
