Job Summary

Luminary Group is seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Development Leader to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Business Development Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive business development plan to promote the adoption of our Real World Evidence solutions.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and target potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry, payers, and other healthcare organizations, and develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure new business.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain key relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies, and ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor Industry Trends and Competitor Activities: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of [number] years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of Real World Evidence (RWE) and its applications in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and/or medical devices; proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets; strong network of contacts within the pharmaceutical industry and/or payer organizations; excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
