Position Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning the strategic objectives of MaestroFS with its workforce. This position serves as a key advisor to management on human resource matters, acting as an advocate for employees while driving organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and enhance employee performance.
  • Develop initiatives that foster organizational growth and drive significant behavioral changes.
  • Provide insights on restructuring, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Act as a thought leader on talent acquisition and retention strategies to propel the organization forward.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify essential skills and training requirements across departments.

Talent Development:

  • Partner with leadership to create and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Employee Relations:

  • Offer HR guidance to management and address complex employee relations challenges.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Encourage ownership among employees to address challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of employment laws to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Change Leadership:

  • Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching to managers on effective change management techniques.

Compensation and Benefits Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the compensation team to assess and establish competitive salary structures.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top talent through effective compensation and benefits.

HR Analytics:

  • Leverage HR metrics to identify trends and develop impactful solutions and policies.
  • Utilize data storytelling techniques to present insights that support HR and business initiatives.
  • Monitor workforce metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or HR certifications are preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on strategic business partnership and workforce optimization.
  • Strong understanding of business dynamics and the ability to align HR practices with organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software is highly desirable.
