Your Responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic Business Development Professional with a focus on selling professional services within the life sciences sector. Your role will encompass driving business expansion and nurturing client relationships through effective communication.

  • Formulate business strategies to enhance overall objectives.
  • Identify prospective clients, assess their requirements, and provide customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact.
  • Recognize market trends and seek new business prospects.
  • Evaluate industry dynamics to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain client relationships and proactively address any concerns.
  • Oversee budgets and financial plans related to business development.
  • Provide updates to senior management and represent the organization at industry functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in selling professional services within the life sciences field.
  • Direct experience with clients in engineering or project management.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards in the life sciences industry.
  • Results-driven with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to establish and sustain client relationships.
  • Flexible, motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
