Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Wellington Executive Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, in collaboration with senior sales leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive business growth and development.
- Drive sales performance: Monitor sales targets and KPIs, and develop plans to achieve them, in collaboration with sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to remove obstacles, resolve issues, and execute account-related projects.
- Provide business insights: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to provide business insights and recommendations to senior sales leadership.
Requirements:
- Strong business development skills: Proven track record of developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to provide business insights and recommendations.
- Collaborative mindset: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
