Job Summary:

The Training, Rehabilitation & Development Institute is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our on-site management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day office duties, including on-boarding, employee relations, and supporting senior management in job sites/locations.
  • Perform repetitive clerical tasks, such as coding and filing documents, and operate basic office equipment.
  • Ensure orderliness of office areas, storage, and equipment, including the lobby area.
  • Attend required training and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as advised/directed by the Project Manager and/or Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to effectively work with team members and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or better degree.
  • Preferred experience with high-volume recruiting and AbilityOne Program.
