Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South Eastern region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers and partners, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Regional Vice President to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the automotive or mobility industry
  • Knowledge of sales processes and procedures
