In the role of Regional Sales Manager for the North America Product Line, you will spearhead the product line strategy within the US and Canada Sales teams, aiming to boost market presence in alignment with the growth objectives.
- Engage in strategic sales discussions
- Set objectives and negotiate sales budgets along with marketing strategies
Reporting directly to the Global Product Line Market Manager for Continuous Water Analyzers, you will work closely with Sales teams to provide support throughout the sales journey, including bids, proposals, and identifying the appropriate market segments.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the sales team and clients during the sales cycle
- Enhancing business opportunities by expanding product and market knowledge
- Assessing customer requirements and analyzing competitors' offerings through market research
- Delivering technical assistance, product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Conducting sales performance evaluations and suggesting improvement plans
- Addressing customer concerns and determining the reasons behind unsuccessful proposals
Your qualifications:
- Degree or relevant experience, preferably in engineering or scientific fields
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives
- International B2B experience with manufactured or engineered products
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 35-40 percent
- Previous experience with online water analyzers is advantageous
