About the Role

Symmetrio is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their team as a Territory Manager in the Houston market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interventional procedures and a proven track record of success in medical device sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed revenue goals and key performance indicators aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand existing accounts within the territory.
  • Provide technical support, training, and communication to customers as needed.
  • Manage third-party relationships and identify opportunities for new product launches.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage account planning, leads, and opportunities.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports, including travel itineraries, trip reports, and expense reports.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the medical device field with a focus on hospital and radiology sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of complex medical sales environments, including long sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving quota.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and evolving landscapes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business and strategic planning, including product launches.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Residency within the assigned geographical region.
  • Experience working with Integrated Health Networks (IDN), regional contracts, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) is highly valued.
