Job Description

Job Summary:

Industrial Inspection & Analysis, Inc. (IIA) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to support the growth of our Lifting Services and Plant Services sales in the Gulf Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with customers and our leadership team to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that drives revenue growth and expands our regional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Gulf Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure customer project expectations are exceeded and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in a related industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Technical background in testing, inspection, or compliance, or industrial services experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience selling testing and inspection services in the lift and plant industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus.
