Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ATS Automation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop new sales leads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators, with the ability to track and analyze sales performance
