Job Description

NETZSCH Pumps USA is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their team as an Industrial Regional Sales Manager. This strategic role involves managing sales activities in a designated territory, reporting to the Industrial Sales Director. Ideal candidates will be based in Houston, TX.

The Regional Sales Manager will drive business growth in the region, aiming to increase market share at profitable levels. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to distributors in the Industrial market
  • Sell NETZSCH products to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Research and recommend new sales partners
  • Deliver training to sales partners' staff
  • Build relationships with key customers through joint sales calls
  • Represent NETZSCH at industry events
  • Share market trends and competitive intelligence with the Company

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have prior experience in selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps. Additional qualifications include:

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% as needed
  • Valid driver's license and passport
