Position Overview:

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead the development of new business opportunities across three key product categories: Material Handling, Construction, and Agriculture. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, assessing their needs, and successfully closing deals to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Nurture and enhance relationships with existing clients, providing guidance on the necessary support to achieve annual sales objectives.
- Oversee account management, ensuring accurate tracking of customer data, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Relay customer feedback to relevant departments to address operational needs and capitalize on business opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure compliance with pricing strategies and uphold the highest ethical standards in all transactions.

- Gather and analyze customer insights to resolve issues, formulate solutions, and present findings to management. Additionally, you will create business cases for new product developments and assess market trends for pricing strategies.

- Stay updated on industry knowledge by participating in workshops, reviewing publications, and engaging with professional networks. Monitor competitive landscape by collecting data on pricing, product offerings, and market trends.

- Propose enhancements to products, services, and policies based on performance evaluations and competitive analysis. Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results.

- Manage customer relationships throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless experience.

- Increase brand visibility and engagement by organizing and participating in marketing initiatives such as trade exhibitions, demonstrations, and training sessions.


Qualifications:

- A degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related discipline (work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling similar premium products.
- Proficient public speaking and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a self-motivated, proactive approach with excellent time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
- Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Technical knowledge of tyre applications is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships across various organizational levels.
- Capability to meet deadlines under pressure while adhering to budgetary constraints and specific targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong influencing and change management skills.
- Ability to self-motivate, multitask, and work independently.
- Efficiently manage existing accounts by strategically planning and organizing work schedules.

- Fluency in English and local languages is required.
