Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and sustain targeted client lists within strategic markets.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with potential clients.
  • Foster relationships and act as the primary contact for all client-related matters in the designated market.
  • Uncover business development prospects across local and regional sectors.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to effectively promote cross-selling opportunities across various lines of business in local and regional markets.
  • Lead business development initiatives in both existing and new markets to enhance revenue across brands.
  • Implement a focused strategy on key accounts to drive recurring revenue through contract and direct hire job orders.
  • Generate and pursue assigned leads that cultivate prospective business in both new and existing accounts.
  • Manage the complete sales process while nurturing client relationships.
  • Engage in collaborative business discussions with key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing with a demonstrated history of sales growth.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in business and sales growth strategies.
  • A clear vision for growth and a passion for developing a leading organization in the industry.
  • Strong skills in people development and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
