The Role
The Director of Business Development position presents a significant opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the company's growth strategy. The selected candidate will be tasked with identifying and nurturing new strategic business relationships for our core services. This role will focus on business and relationship development that propels revenue growth. The Director of Business Development will report to the Global Vice President of Business Development and will collaborate closely with the C.E.O. and C.O.O. to enhance client relationships, customer service, and revenue generation.
Success in this role requires a robust network of established relationships within the industry, particularly with companies generating over $3 billion in revenue. Key connections should be with Supply Chain leaders, Procurement Officers, CFOs, Controllers, and Internal Audit professionals.
We aim to leverage our strong client testimonials and long-standing relationships in the Utility and Energy sectors to expand our services into new markets.
This position offers a remarkable opportunity for financial success. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary with a generous commission structure based on revenue performance, with no cap on earnings. Successful Business Development Executives at Revenew have achieved impressive income levels in a short timeframe, with the potential to exceed $500,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead relationship development within the candidate's industry sector – Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Automotive, Mining, and Industrial Manufacturing.
- Drive revenue growth initiatives.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts for all Revenew service offerings.
- Research markets and identify potential client targets for auditing services.
- Develop and maintain an effective sales strategy and call schedule.
- Pursue sales leads and secure appointments to present Revenew's services, utilizing appropriate resources and support.
- Close deals, facilitate contract signings, and manage client agreement implementations.
- Assist team members in engagement start-ups, planning, and problem-solving as needed.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Contribute to the creation of new or enhanced marketing materials.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Business Development role should possess:
- A strong network of executive-level contacts within their industry that presents viable opportunities for Revenew services, typically with clients exceeding $3 billion in annual revenue.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, urgency, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Strong networking abilities, with a natural talent for building relationships at various organizational levels.
- Attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- A willingness to travel 40-60% of the time.

Performance Expectations:
• Quickly familiarize yourself with all Revenew service offerings and sales strategies.
• Initiate aggressive sales activities in the first quarter.
• Effectively manage and expand assigned accounts.
• Secure 1-2 new significant accounts within the first six months.
• Achieve a minimum of 2 new significant accounts by the end of the first year.
• Aim to add at least 6 new significant accounts annually in subsequent years.
• Contribute positively to the overall team environment.
