About this role:


The Strategic Partnerships Manager at GoCo is responsible for overseeing the performance management of Market Development Representatives (MDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring effective daily business development operations.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role involves continuous enhancement and training on messaging, close collaboration with Marketing to respond to new initiatives, and partnership with Account Executives (AEs) to maintain high standards of qualification and coverage.

Additionally, this position entails reliably reporting and forecasting essential metrics to leadership. The ideal candidate should possess experience in the HR software sector. GoCo operates fully remotely.

What will I be doing?

• Performance Management of MDRs and SDRs

• Management of daily Business Development processes and activities

• Iterate, Enhance, and Train on Messaging

• Collaborate closely with Marketing to respond swiftly and align with new initiatives

• Partner with AEs to ensure high-quality qualification and coverage

• Accurately report and forecast key metrics to leadership

Necessary Skills, Experience & Education

• Bachelor's Degree

• 2+ Years of experience as a Strategic Partnerships Manager in SaaS OR 5+ years of HR Tech SaaS experience

• Proven understanding and experience with prospecting sales technology and implementing these solutions

• Management and operational mindset

• Willingness to engage actively and build something meaningful

• Local to the Houston-area

• Enthusiastic about fostering in-person work for culture and learning 1-2 times each month
