Position: Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are in search of a motivated Strategic Partnerships Manager to become part of our forward-thinking digital marketing and creative services agency. Our focus is on website design & hosting, digital marketing solutions, and creative services, primarily serving the Real Estate sector. As we broaden our horizons, your expertise and enthusiasm will be crucial to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively seek and pursue new business prospects within designated territories or market segments. Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients. Comprehend their business needs, challenges, and goals to effectively position our services and solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and offer customized solutions to fulfill clients' specific requirements. Inform clients about the advantages of our website design & hosting, digital marketing, and creative services.
  • Proposal Development: Create and deliver persuasive proposals, quotes, and presentations that clearly convey the value of our services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client expectations and business goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee sales pipelines and accurately project sales revenue. Utilize CRM software to monitor and update sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Market Research: Remain updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Leverage market insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel for client meetings, industry events, and participation in conferences or trade shows as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven record of success in sales, ideally in the digital marketing or creative services sector; experience selling to Real Estate Owners/Operators is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented approach and the capability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a remote work environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
