Position Overview

The Business Development Director role presents a significant opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the company's growth strategy. The Business Development Director will report to the Global Vice President of Business Development and collaborate closely with the C.E.O. and C.O.O. to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Success in this position requires a robust network of established relationships within the relevant industry sector, particularly with organizations generating over $3 billion in revenue. Key relationships should be with Supply Chain leaders, Procurement Officers, CFOs, Controllers, and Internal Audit professionals.

The company aims to leverage its strong client testimonials and long-standing relationships in the Utility and Energy sectors to expand its services into new markets.

This role offers a lucrative compensation package, including a competitive base salary during the onboarding phase and substantial commissions based on revenue generation. There is no cap on earnings, and successful Business Development Executives can expect to earn over $500,000 annually with unlimited potential.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for:
