Administrative Coordinator for Food and Beverage Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Food and Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional administrative experience and strong technical skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with a POS system is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage team, including answering phones and typing menus.
- Assist with catering and typing contacts as needed.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, being comfortable and flexible with working near the kitchen, banquets, and the dining room.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to execute tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Work well independently, exercising discretion and judgment, while being part of a tight-knit team.
- Flexible, takes initiative, anticipates needs, and adapts to situations as they arise.
- 1-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with a POS system is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: consistently attending to the many small pieces that must be assembled into an organized whole; follows up on missing or outstanding items; resolves unanswered questions needed to address a problem; keeps the larger picture in mind while tending to the smallest of details.
