  • Develop strong partnerships with local businesses to promote bar services and small restaurant events.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating all aspects of the hotel's Restaurant, Bar, and Room Service to ensure optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction, aligning results with hotel targets.
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and internal audit guidelines.
  • Implement and monitor internal checks effectively.
  • Oversee purchasing for outlets, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to purchasing targets set by the brand.
  • Maintain equipment and cultural assets in excellent condition.
  • Update the cash register system and prepare various financial reports.
  • Support other hotel departments as needed.
  • Ensure that food and beverage costs align with the hotel's and brand's requirements.

Salary Range: $62,000 - $68,000.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a New York City union restaurant or hotel.
  • Preferred: 2-year degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management.
  • Knowledge of beverage control systems and compliance with liquor laws and safety regulations is essential.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on efficiency.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written); knowledge of French or another language is a plus.

Visa Requirements: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
