The Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor will manage the dining and beverage services within the hotel. Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years in Food and Beverage Management is preferred.
- Knowledge of wine and beverages in a high-end setting is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organizational capabilities, flexibility in work hours, teamwork, and dynamic leadership.
- Previous experience in NYC hotels and/or food and beverage services is preferred.
- Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings is required.
