KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the welcoming, seating, and departure of all patrons with a professional demeanor.
- Recruit, train, assess, and schedule all restaurant personnel.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including scheduling, payroll management, and inventory oversight.
- Conduct inspections throughout the restaurant to uphold service standards.
- Address guest inquiries and coordinate special requests.
- Enforce company policies and established guidelines.
- Communicate and implement new menu items and promotional events.
- Assist guests with questions and provide information in public areas.
- Lead and support all food and beverage staff.
- Participate in all assigned meetings and training sessions.
- Relay guest information and updates to relevant hotel colleagues promptly.
- Maintain a detailed record of guest preferences in food and beverage.
- Additional responsibilities include:
- Creating monthly and weekly forecasts.
- Managing payroll for the department.
- Assigning special events and group deliveries to management staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury hotel or a similar role in the restaurant or food and beverage sector.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A positive, engaging, and energetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and comprehensive service knowledge.
- Proficient understanding of food preparation, wine, and spirits.
- Culturally sensitive and aware.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure with various stakeholders.
- Professional appearance in accordance with company policies.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Possession of TIPS and Food Handler's Certification.
