Job Overview

Become a key player in our expanding sales division as a Regional Sales Manager.

In collaboration with teams from business development, marketing, sales, and customer support, you will cultivate both new and existing client relationships within your assigned region to meet established sales objectives across various product lines, including intrusion and access control.

We also encourage cross-selling initiatives throughout the Building Technologies portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:


Working closely with colleagues from Training, Inside Sales, and Presales to deliver sales assistance to clients through product education, tailored quotations, project recommendations, and other customer needs to fulfill sales targets.

Enhancing and solidifying key National Account and Distributor partnerships at the regional level.

Facilitating the expansion of new product lines by identifying potential opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to support these initiatives.


Utilizing the Business Development, Product Support, and Marketing teams to discover and establish new sales channels for Bosch products.

Supporting business development activities at various levels including A&E, end-users, distributors, and dealers.

Ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries, typically within the same or next business day.


Advocating for Bosch products; educating clients on the advantages of our solutions through events such as road shows, trade exhibitions, client-focused training, and other initiatives.

Providing sales opportunities, pipeline updates, and customer insights through effective use of our CRM system.

Overseeing the management of Bosch dealer and distribution programs within your designated region.


As an ideal candidate for the Regional Sales Manager position, you will possess outstanding communication skills (verbal, listening, presenting, and written), comprehensive industry and product knowledge, along with the capability to successfully generate and close sales opportunities.
