Position Summary:
This remote role requires a strong presence within the designated territory, which includes LA, MS, TN, AL, and AK. The position involves significant travel, estimated at 50-70%, and necessitates residing within the specified area.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales District Manager, you will be responsible for fostering new and existing customer relationships within your district to meet sales objectives across various product lines, particularly in intrusion and access control. Your role will encompass the following:
- Collaborate with teams in Training, Inside Sales, and Presales to deliver comprehensive sales support, including product training and tailored quotations.
- Enhance relationships with National Accounts and Distributors at the district level.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new product business expansion in collaboration with internal departments.
- Work alongside Business Development, Product Support, and Marketing teams to explore and establish new sales channels for Bosch products.
- Support business development initiatives at various levels, including A&E, end-users, distributors, and dealers.
- Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries, typically within the same or next business day.
- Promote Bosch products and educate customers on their benefits through various events, including trade shows and training sessions.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage sales opportunities, pipelines, and customer information.
- Oversee Bosch dealer and distribution programs within your district.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Security industry, ideally with a manufacturer.
- Relevant industry affiliations and certifications are advantageous.
