Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sales District Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives within a designated territory. This remote role requires a strong focus on developing and nurturing customer relationships to meet sales objectives across various product lines, particularly in intrusion and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams across Training, Inside Sales, and Presales to deliver comprehensive sales support, including product training and tailored project recommendations.
  • Enhance relationships with National Accounts and Distributors at the district level.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate product expansion.
  • Work alongside Business Development, Product Support, and Marketing teams to explore and establish new sales channels for Bosch products.
  • Support business development efforts across various customer segments, including A&E, end-users, distributors, and dealers.
  • Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Promote Bosch products through training sessions and events, including trade shows and customer-focused programs.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage sales opportunities and maintain customer information.
  • Oversee the management of Bosch dealer and distribution programs within the assigned district.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a solid understanding of the security industry and product knowledge. A proven track record in generating and closing sales is essential.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry, ideally with a manufacturer.
  • Relevant industry certifications and affiliations are advantageous.
