Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales District Manager to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments including business development, marketing, and customer support to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients in your designated district. Your primary focus will be to meet and exceed sales targets across our product offerings, particularly in intrusion and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Training, Inside Sales, and Presales teams to deliver exceptional sales support, including product training and tailored project recommendations.
- Enhance relationships with National Accounts and Distributors at the district level.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate product expansion.
- Utilize resources from Business Development, Product Support, and Marketing to explore and establish new sales channels for Bosch products.
- Support business development initiatives at various levels including A&E, end-users, distributors, and dealers.
- Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and issues.
- Promote Bosch products through various events such as trade shows and customer training sessions.
- Maintain accurate sales opportunity and customer information using CRM tools.
- Manage Bosch dealer and distribution programs within your district.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the security industry, and a proven track record in generating and closing sales.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry, ideally with a manufacturer.
- Relevant industry certifications and affiliations are advantageous.
