Personal Support Specialist Position at RIGHT AT HOME

RIGHT AT HOME is in search of empathetic and committed individuals to fill the role of Personal Support Specialists in Spokane County. We are looking for trustworthy, caring, and compassionate candidates to take on various caregiving responsibilities. While having a Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, we offer paid training to assist you in obtaining certification if you do not currently hold one.

Compensation: $19-$21 based on experience and certification

Available Shifts:

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Support Specialist:

  • Provide care in the client's home environment
  • Assist with personal care tasks
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Qualifications for the Personal Support Specialist:

  • Prior experience in caregiving is preferred
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Certified HCA or CNA license is preferred
  • Successful completion of required evaluations and background checks
  • Must possess a compassionate and caring demeanor
