DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

This in-office position offers two potential schedules: Monday - Thursday or Friday - Monday.

As a Service Coordination and Client Support Specialist, you will arrive each day prepared to enhance scheduling efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will primarily involve working in an office setting, utilizing phone and computer systems. Your friendly and professional demeanor will shine as you handle incoming client inquiries and coordinate service requests for field technicians. You will communicate estimated arrival times to clients and proactively inform them of any potential delays, rescheduling appointments as necessary.

Your role will involve organizing service calls to ensure prompt and convenient assistance, maximizing the productivity of our field technicians. You will plan ahead to keep all personnel engaged and ensure that all necessary job permits are secured and up to date. Whether communicating over the phone or in person, you will relay work orders, messages, and other pertinent information to work crews, supervisors, or field inspectors. You will collaborate with customers and supervisory staff to address inquiries, concerns, or requests. For each service order, you will assess the required equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel needed. You will take pride in ensuring client satisfaction, keeping all parties informed, and facilitating smooth operations.
