Lilac Ridge operates a BRS program in Spokane Valley, dedicated to providing care for children aged 6 to 18 with diverse needs. We are looking for Youth Support Specialists to help foster stable and nurturing environments for those who require it the most.
This role involves working directly with youth in a residential treatment setting.
Available shifts include 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, and 11pm - 7am, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Our facilities are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.
All employees will receive comprehensive training in areas such as CPR/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, Behavioral Management, and Mandatory Reporter Training, among others.
