Compensation:

Work Schedule:
- Monday through Sunday
Experience Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Direct Support or Caregiving (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in Direct Patient Care (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in Direct Care Work (preferred)
- Certification as Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR), NAC, HCA, or Nurse Delegation (preferred but not mandatory)
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old (required)
- Valid Driver's License or Proof of Identification (required)
- Successful completion of a background check (required)
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher (required)
- Negative TB Test (required)
- CPR/First Aid, BBP, HIV/AIDS certification (can be obtained within the first 30 days of employment)
- Therapeutic Options Right Response training (can be obtained within the first 30 days of employment)
- 1163 Certificate or Exemption Letter (preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities:

- Providing companionship and empathetic listening
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or status
- Assisting clients with meal preparation
- Maintaining health equipment for clients
- Administering prescribed medications
- Facilitating community engagement and recreational activities, including transportation
- Supporting clients in hobbies, studies, social activities, chores, and personal hygiene
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
