The Food Court Associate plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests by managing cashier duties and delivering food orders to tables while upholding the cleanliness of the Food Court area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests upon entry and addressing their inquiries.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings and current promotions across Food Court outlets.
- Handles payment transactions efficiently while ensuring the cash drawer is organized and balanced.
- Delivers food orders from various outlets to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Regularly cleans and resets tables for incoming guests.
- Ensures the Food Court and service areas are kept clean and organized.
- Completes assigned side work as directed by management.
- Exhibits outstanding guest service through a positive attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
- Adheres closely to health and personal hygiene standards set by the F&B department.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Team members may encounter secondhand tobacco smoke, particularly those working in gaming areas. The noise level in the workplace is typically moderate but may occasionally rise to high levels for brief periods.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
- Frequent carrying, reaching, twisting, bending, and squatting is required.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting/moving of up to 75 pounds with assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card/OLCC License within 30 days of employment.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Compliance with pre-employment, random, and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license from the appropriate regulatory authority.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the department.
