Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at Hoamco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and execution of all food-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our community members.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring that all food is handled, stored, and served safely and efficiently.
  • Volunteer Management: Coordinate and supervise a team of volunteers to assist with food preparation, serving, and cleanup.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Financial Management: Provide financial reports and budgets to ensure that our culinary operations are running efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Master Food Handlers License: A valid Master Food Handlers License is required for this position.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with a team of volunteers and community members.
