CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

The position of a Customer Service Representative is vital in providing outstanding customer support to create a distinctive shopping experience that enhances sales effectiveness. In this role, your primary duty is to assist clients with exemplary service, ensuring the efficient functioning of the retail environment while adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Embrace the company's mission and core values, maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional and precise customer service by addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, offering product suggestions based on ongoing product knowledge.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of customer benefits, discounts, and promotions to foster memberships.
  • Comply with product handling protocols, safety standards, and health regulations.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization by restocking items, cleaning, and sanitizing.
  • Manage cash transactions, operate point-of-sale systems, and strive to meet sales objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
  • Complete any additional assigned responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Preferably an Associate or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail customer service.
  • Strong computer, mathematical, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities and customer service aptitude.
  • May require occasional local travel and desk-based tasks.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift items up to 25 pounds, and perform other activities.
